Contest Rules
In line with our cherished Hydranet tradition, we are delighted to announce the return of our annual festive 24-Days-Of-Dexember Christmas Contest. Each day, one fortunate participant will receive 1000 HDN, leading up to an exceptional Superdraw on the horizon, where a remarkable 10,000 HDN awaits the fortunate winner on Christmas Eve.

Terms and Conditions
1- General
The following Terms ("Terms") govern the rules for participating in the Hydranet Phoenix Promotion ("Promotion") of Hydranet and the legal relationship between Hydranet and the Participant (as defined in Section 3 or "you") arising thereof.
By participating in the Promotion you confirm and accept these Terms and the applicable Terms and Conditions of Hydranet which are an integral part of these Terms.
We maintain the prerogative to disqualify participants without explicit rationale, especially if there is reasonable suspicion of employing bots or unauthorized methods to enhance performance, reach and likes.
2- Promotion Period and Prizes
This Promotion begins on December 1th, 2023 and ends on December 24th, 2023, at 24:00 midnight CET ("Promotion Period").
Hydranet will select 24 Participants to whom Prizes will be awarded (each a "Winner"; together the "Winners"). Out of these 24 Participants, a final (random) draw will determine the winner of the 10,000 HDN Superdraw.

All Prizes will only be paid out in HDN and transferred to the Winners' addresses. Hydranet will strive to transfer the payment of the Prizes as soon as possible after the end of the Promotion Period. You acknowledge and agree that said transfer may be delayed and Hydranet shall not be liable for any losses arising out of or in connection with a late transfer (e.g., losses due to price changes). Make sure to accept and check your Twitter DMs accordingly.
3- Requirements for Participation
Only Participants who (1) Follow @TheHydranet on X (Twitter), (2) like the post, (3) quote the post with the individual catchphrase of it's affiliated banner are qualified to participate in the promotion. Hydranet team members are excluded from this Promotion. Hydranet further reserves the right to exclude Participants at its sole discretion, depending on their country of residence, due to legal and regulatory reasons applicable in such country of residence.
You acknowledge and accept that only Participants who (1) meet all the requirements described in this Section 3 and (2) were not, for whatever reason, disqualified by Hydranet in accordance with Section 5, shall be eligible to be selected as Winners.
For the avoidance of doubt, no stake or other monetary payment is necessary for the participation.
You are aware and accept that Hydranet, at its sole discretion may amend and/or call off the Promotion as described herein at any time and you do not have any legal claim against Hydranet arising out of or in connection with this Promotion.
4- Determination and Notification of the Winners
The Winners will be randomly drawn, after they've fulfilled every given requirement.
Participants who are declared Winners in accordance with Section 2 will be notified accordingly via Twitter (X) Direct Messages
5- Disqualification
You hereby acknowledge and accept that Hydranet may at its sole discretion disqualify a Participant from the Promotion at any time for whatever reason, including but not limited to cases where Hydranet suspects collusion between the Participants aimed at manipulating the Promotion or any other action or manipulation by the Participants deemed unfair by Hydranet. You hereby acknowledge and accept that any breach of these Terms or any other terms and conditions of Hydranet and/or its Affiliates may result in disqualification.
If disqualified, you hereby acknowledge and accept that you will not have any claim against Hydranet including but not limited to any direct or indirect losses you might have accumulated in connection with the participation in the Promotion.
6- Hydranet’s Liability
You hereby acknowledge and accept that Hydranet is not responsible for the correctness of the data provided by you.
Furthermore, you hereby acknowledge and accept that Hydranet will not be liable for any direct or indirect losses you may accumulate in connection with your participation in the Promotion and that no right or claim against Hydranet can arise thereof.
7- Data protection
Hydranet collects your personal data on the basis of your consent in accordance with Article 6 Section 1 letter a General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 ("GDPR") and insofar as this is necessary for the establishment of the legal relationship with the Participant and for the subsequent implementation and handling of the Promotion.
